Copyright Infringement Policy

G Entertainment Limited respects the intellectual property rights of others and strictly prohibits copyright infringement across our Services. 1. Authorized Representative: A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner whose exclusive rights are allegedly infringed.

2. Identification of Copyrighted Work: A clear description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are affected, a representative list of those works must be included.

3. Identification of Infringing Material: A description of the infringing material or the subject of the infringement, along with sufficient information to allow us to locate the material on our Services.

4. Contact Information: Information sufficient to contact the complaining party, including an address, phone number, and email address.

5. Good Faith Statement: A statement affirming that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.

6. Accuracy and Authorization: A statement under penalty of perjury declaring that the information in the notice is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify the user who posted it.

Non-Consensual Content Policy

Due to the nature of AI-generated content, our platform may inadvertently encounter unauthorized or inappropriate material. This Policy is designed to ensure that such content is handled appropriately, protecting the safety and dignity of all users.

Prohibited Content

You are strictly prohibited from posting or sharing the following types of content on our Services:

1. Non-Consensual Intimate Content:
   
   

• Intimate photos or videos produced or distributed without the consent of the individuals involved.

• Explicit sexual images or videos shared without consent (commonly referred to as "revenge porn").

• Content that violates privacy rights, such as doxing (exposure of personal data).

• Any depiction of individuals whose consent cannot be verified or is clearly lacking.

2. Exploitation and Abuse:
   
   

• Depictions of non-consensual sexual acts, sexual assault, or forced labor.

• Content involving individuals who are drugged, intoxicated, incapacitated, or hypnotized.

• Content filmed without consent, such as hidden camera footage, spy camera footage, or upskirt images.

3. Impersonation and Manipulation:
   
   

• Content that impersonates individuals, including "deepfakes" or AI-generated content based on the likeness of real-life persons (e.g., celebrities).

• Misleading or manipulated content that distorts the original material.

Exceptions

Content that is consensually created and complies with our Terms of Service and Disclaimer is not considered a violation of this Policy. For instance, consensually produced adult content in alignment with the guidelines outlined in our Disclaimer may be permitted.

Reporting Violations

We understand that reporting unauthorized or harmful content can be challenging for those affected. To ease this burden, anyone can report content that violates this Policy. Reports can be submitted anonymously, but they must include an explanation of the alleged violation.

How to Report:

1. Reports must be addressed to the Compliance Officer at vita@gentertainment.ltd or submitted via the contact form on our Contact Us page.

2. For reports to be considered, they must include:

• A clear description of the violation.

• Supporting evidence, if available.

• A written explanation ("Explanation") of the issue.

3. Reports that are unsigned or lack an Explanation will not be processed.

Consequences of Violations:

• Accounts identified as the original poster of non-consensual content will be permanently suspended from our platform.

• The same action will be taken against accounts dedicated to sharing prohibited content, such as accounts posting upskirt images or revenge porn.

• Users may appeal suspensions by contacting us through the designated contact methods.

Content Reportable by Anyone

We encourage all users to report any content that falls under the category of Unauthorized Contents With Material Breach, even if they are not directly affected. This approach helps us proactively maintain a safe platform for everyone.

Purpose and Limitations

This Policy is designed to protect the G Entertainment community and ensure compliance with our standards. It is not intended to conflict with any jurisdictional laws, nor should it be regarded as formal legal guidance or relied upon in legal proceedings.
