Intimacy Products and Sample Checks
For Intimacy products, such as underwear or items with direct contact with sensitive areas, maintaining hygiene and package integrity is our highest priority. To keep these products safe and untouched, individual items are not inspected before shipping.
However, a small percentage of our inventory undergoes sample checks to ensure quality standards are met. These checks are conducted by trained professionals following strict hygiene protocols. The sample size is based on key factors such as supplier reputation, product novelty, and customer feedback, with the following guidelines:

The standard sampling size is 1%, but it will not exceed 5%.

Customers can opt-out of receiving sampled products by completing the opt-out form on the customer service page.
Please note: Clearance, promotional, and redeemed products are not eligible for opting out of sampling. Additionally, first-time customers will not receive sampled products to maintain the integrity of their experience.
As a token of appreciation, customers who receive sampled products will also receive a complimentary gift. However, receiving a sampled product without opting out is not considered a valid reason for returns.
Warranty
Lifestyle Products
We offer a one-year complimentary warranty for Lifestyle products against manufacturing defects. Additionally, these products are eligible for a one-month damaged-on-arrival replacement promise, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly.
Other Products
For all other product categories, while no specific warranty period is offered, we guarantee that all items are free from defects at the time of purchase.
